Pippa’s story
My weights tends to go up and down like a yoyo and I wanted to find a slimming programme which allowed me to maintain my weight without having to be on a permanent diet. Having attended the free trial session I decided Tap Yourself Slim could be the answer!
I achieved my target weight loss within the 10 week programme, I discovered myself and have a much greater understanding of who I am and what I want to achieve. I made some great friends and will miss our Thursday evenings.
After the first session I didn’t fancy crisps anymore! I realised that by tapping I could control my cravings and I was delighted this was possible without having to use the word diet!
One of the greatest benefits of the programme was learning about my subconscious and how powerful it is. And losing weight of course. I lost 11lbs during the programme and I feel so much happier about myself. Although the programme is over I am still tapping and doing daily exercise.
I had a fantastic 10/12 weeks on the programme. I have met some fabulous people and I really enjoyed getting to know Linda who is a wonderful person. I have not as yet used tapping for another purpose but feel that I could should I need to. I would recommend this course to anyone and I often do, it’s been truly great. I have not felt I deprived myself of anything in the way of food over this programme and as a result feel totally confident that I will maintain my weight without any difficulty in the future.
